A three-location retail operation that needed one public storefront and one operational back end, without the stores' inventories bleeding into each other.

The operational problem

Three stores on one system will quietly show a customer stock that sits forty minutes away unless isolation is built into the data layer rather than applied as a filter in the interface.

What we delivered
  • A storefront covering all three locations, with per-store isolation enforced in the data layer.
  • Staff time tracking against the store's own records.
  • In-store display surfaces driven from the same catalogue as the public site.
