Every coding agent you own, in one terminal.
Claude Code, Codex, Gemini, Grok, Kimi, Mercury and four more, supervised together in one session, each in its own git worktree. Nothing is uploaded and there is no account to make. It runs on your machine and talks to the CLIs you already have.
One supervisor, many vendors. The board is a window onto a process that owns the agent CLIs. Close the window and the work carries on; open it again and everything is where you left it.
An agent is a conversation. Each one keeps its own history and resumes it, so a second agent is a second train of thought rather than a second copy of the same one.
Isolated by default. Every agent can hold its own git worktree, so two of them editing the same file is impossible rather than merely unlikely. You read the diff, then you merge.
Getting it running
Put sophia.exe anywhere you like. Open a terminal in that folder. Run: sophia install (copies it onto your PATH) Run: sophia (opens the board)
Getting it running
tar xzf sophia-linux-x86_64.tar.gz ./sophia install sophia
Getting it running
Install Termux from F-Droid, not the Play Store. The Play Store build is years old and will not run this. In Termux: pkg update && pkg install -y tar curl tar xzf sophia-android-aarch64.tar.gz ./sophia install sophia The board needs 36x14 characters. If it says the terminal is too small, pinch to shrink the font or turn the phone sideways. curl is required. It is how the CLI makes HTTPS calls, so Mercury, the Gemini API engines and the update check all need it. Run `sophia doctor` if an API engine will not answer.
Runs everywhere you work
Windows, Linux and Android, from the same source, with the same board and the same commands. The Android build is a real terminal harness on a phone: same agents, same worktrees, same review before anything merges.
Point it at your agents
It finds the coding CLIs already on the machine. For the ones that need an API key, set them from inside. Keys stay on your machine and go nowhere but the vendor.
Nothing merges itself
Agents can each work in their own git worktree, so two editing the same file cannot collide. You read the diff, then you merge. That order is not configurable.
Check what you downloaded against the hash above before running it. The build also tells you when a newer one is published: sophia update asks this server and prints one line. It never replaces its own binary.
