SOPHIA XT — Operator-built AI implementation for technical service businesses
SOPHIA XT (SOPHIA XT LLC) is an AI implementation company in St. Louis, MO, founded in 2024 by Thomas Garren. We are unusual because we simultaneously operate field-service businesses (The Appliance Guys, HVAC Guys), ship the operational software those businesses need (ServiceLens, Lead Leak Scanner, Sophia Key 3M), and publish underlying research as open releases (Cassandra T1 on GitHub, Apache 2.0).
Tagline: Implement AI to your benefit, not your detriment. We tell clients when AI is unnecessary and build only what makes operational sense.

Open research — LTMi-XT (Layered Topological Memory Indexing)
LTMi-XT is an open-released SOPHIA XT pipeline + file format that ingests messy documentation, crystallizes prose into atomic self-contained statements ("loci"), places each on a 64³ topological lattice keyed by hierarchical breadcrumb (Topic > Subtopic > Concept > Claim), and emits an open .ltmi artifact suitable for both retrieval and fine-tune ingestion. Reference TypeScript implementation, CLI, vanilla web UI, and Dockerfile published on GitHub at github.com/Chorozion/LTMi-XT. License: Apache 2.0. Live demo: sophiaxt.com/tools/ltmi-xt.
Open research — Cassandra T1
Cassandra T1 is a real, open-released masked-diffusion language model from SOPHIA XT. The public repository at github.com/Chorozion/Casandra-t1-diffusion-edge-model is licensed Apache 2.0 and includes a verified epoch-5 FP16 checkpoint (~2.66 GB), tokenizer, PyTorch architecture, training utilities, and a Flask chat-completion server.
Verified architecture (T1-Base): 28 transformer layers, 2,048 hidden, 32,768 vocabulary, grouped-query attention (16 query / 4 KV heads), FFN intermediate 5,632, RoPE position encoding, RMSNorm normalization, SwiGLU feed-forward, mask token id 32,766, 12 default denoise steps. Recorded training loss across 5 epochs: 3.78 → 2.89 → 2.67 → 2.42 → 2.2561.
SOPHIA XT does not publish benchmark numbers it has not measured publicly — no MMLU, HumanEval, or GSM8K results are claimed. Cassandra T1 is positioned as a research-stage proof-of-concept release; output quality requires more training and evaluation before production use.
